Continuing a discussion from a couple of pages back.... EO, what about Wall-E (I haven't seen it but it got a 96% in the reviews). To Freeze; wouldn't releasing a poisonous gas that can mix in the water and come out in the rain be easier than making oceans explode? Our name is the OceanicEmpire.
