Pretty much each strategy is counterable.

I mean annoyers are countered by clerics.
Stallers are occasionally countered by clerics
Shufflers are also countered by clerics.
Anything that includes status ailments are countered by clerics.

A cleric is someone who heals status ailments.
Annoyers use status ailments to annoy people
Staller stall while inducing status conditions.
Shufflers shuffle opponets pokemon while inducing status ailments.
Cleris aren't used a lot.
